The New Mexico Steam Locomotive and Railroad Historical Society will hold Mini Open Houses during the week of the 2011 Savor ABQ Event. June 4 will be the grand opening of our New Mexico State Centennial exhibit. "An Official New Mexico Centennial Project supported by the New Mexico Department of Cultural Affairs". Restoration work on our HUGE steam locomotive Santa Fe #2926 will be in progress during these days.
