The thrilling story of Carmen tells of the fatal attraction between the titular hot-blooded gypsy, and Don José, the upstanding corporal in the Spanish army. This production from La Scala starts opera greats Jonas Kaufmann and Erwin Schrott, with newcomer Anita Rachvelishvili making her wildly successful debut. Don’t miss this opera classic.
