Albuquerque Concert Band Summer Series

June-August 2011

The Albuquerque Concert Band has been elevating the Albuquerque cultural community with fabulous performances of band music, for over 40 years.

The City presents five FREE "Concert Band" performances at various parks throughout the city giving folks an opportunity to enjoy an evening of wonderful music in their own backyard.

Concerts are held on Wednesday evenings during the summer months. You may bring your chairs, blankets, picnic/coolers, etc. and relax, dance and listen to an array of concert band presentations.

 

June 8 at Robinson Park 7-8pm
Central & 8th St NW

June 22 at Netherwood Park 7-8pm
I-40 and Carlisle. South on Carlisle to Indian School Rd., west on Indian School Rd. to Princeton, north on Princeton to park.

July 6 at West Bluff Park 7-8pm
I-40 and Coors, North on Coors to Ouray, east on Ouray to Alamogordo, south on Alamogordo past Ian to park.

July 20 at Hyder Park 7-8pm
Central and Carlisle. South on Carlisle to Pershing, west on Pershing, past Wellesley to park.

August 3 at Singing Arrow Park 7-8pm
Juan Tabo and Central. East on Central to Western Skies, south on Western Skies to Singing Arrow, east on Singing Arrow to park.
