For good health and proper functioning of your body, you need to make sure that your body gets enough vitamin B12. This essential vitamin helps process the fats and proteins that we get from out food. Food that are rich in B12 include, beef liver, fish, oyster, yogurt and clams. We would not worry ourselves with the right B12 dosage, if we are only eating the right kind of foods.
